CODE OF ETHICS

Integrity

I commit to acting in alignment with my values, words, and actions. I strive to be consistent, reliable, and accountable in all aspects of my professional and personal conduct. I honor agreements, speak truthfully, and take responsibility for my impact, even when it is uncomfortable. I aim to model the integrity I ask of others.

Boundaries

I honor the sacredness of personal boundaries—my own and others’. I recognize that healthy boundaries are essential for safety, trust, and mutual respect. I listen to my body and intuition as guides for what is a yes, a no, or a maybe. I communicate my boundaries with clarity and compassion and respect when others do the same. I do not take responsibility for others' reactions to my limits, and I do not expect others to override themselves for my comfort.

Transparency

I believe that clarity and openness build trust. I strive to communicate honestly and clearly about my intentions, boundaries, processes, and qualifications. I do not withhold essential information that affects others’ ability to make informed choices. I share my motivations and any potential conflicts of interest, and I welcome questions that seek clarity.

Consent

I commit to a culture of ongoing, enthusiastic, and informed consent in all of my interactions. I seek permission before offering feedback, touch, or guidance. I recognize that consent can shift at any time, and I honor changes without pressure, persuasion, or guilt. I strive to make space for others to say no as freely as they say yes. I aim to create environments where choice, voice, and autonomy are honored as foundational rights.

Confidentiality

I hold sacred the trust others place in me. I protect the privacy of all personal, sensitive, or shared information with utmost care. I will not disclose anything shared in confidence without clear consent, except where required by law or in situations where safety is at risk. I recognize that confidentiality is not just a legal standard, but an ethical and relational one that upholds dignity, respect, and safety.

Service

I serve from a place of humility, presence, and care—not from saviorism, ego, or obligation. I recognize that true service uplifts the dignity and sovereignty of those I work with. I do not assume I know what is best for another; instead, I listen deeply, ask permission, and follow the wisdom of the person or group I am supporting. I acknowledge the privilege I hold and commit to using it in service of justice, healing, and liberation.

Cultural Humility

I approach all people and communities with respect, curiosity, and the willingness to unlearn. I recognize that I am a guest in many of the spaces, practices, and lands I inhabit. I commit to honoring the roots, stories, and lineages of the traditions I engage with. I understand that cultural humility is an ongoing practice that requires self-reflection, accountability, and a willingness to be corrected.

Responsability

I take full responsibility for my actions, words, and energetic presence. I do not project blame onto others for my internal experiences, nor do I take on what is not mine to carry. I acknowledge my mistakes and take appropriate steps toward repair when harm has occurred. I stay accountable to my personal and professional commitments, while allowing space for learning, growth, and imperfection. Responsibility is not a burden—it is an act of integrity and self-leadership.

Inclusivity

I strive to create spaces where all people feel seen, valued, and welcomed. I honor the unique identities, backgrounds, bodies, and lived experiences of those I work with. I actively examine my biases and the systems I participate in, and I commit to dismantling exclusionary or oppressive practices—both in myself and the spaces I facilitate. I believe that belonging is a human right, and I welcome feedback when I fall short of that vision.

Embodiment

I recognize the body as a sacred source of wisdom, healing, and truth. I commit to listening to my body’s signals, sensations, and rhythms—and to supporting others in doing the same. I honor the intelligence of the nervous system and the need for safety, pacing, and presence. I do not bypass or override the body’s knowing for the sake of performance or productivity. I trust that embodiment is both a personal and political act, and a pathway to collective healing.

Equality

I affirm the inherent worth, dignity, and sovereignty of all beings. I stand against systems and mindsets that promote hierarchy, domination, or dehumanization. I commit to treating each person with fairness, respect, and compassion—regardless of race, gender, age, ability, class, or background. Equality is not about sameness, but about recognizing and honoring the full humanity of each individual.

Earth Connection

I honor the Earth as a living, breathing being and as my greatest teacher. I recognize that I am not separate from nature, but an expression of it. I commit to tending my relationship to nature with reverence and reciprocity. I listen to the natural world for guidance and allow its rhythms to inform my pace, practices, and presence. I strive to walk lightly, give thanks often, and restore balance where harm has been done.

Humility

I recognize that I do not have all the answers, and I do not need to. I allow myself to be wrong, to be teachable, to be in awe. I welcome feedback, knowing it is a mirror for deeper awareness. I speak from my experience without assuming it is universal truth. I remember that each person carries wisdom, and I listen as much as I speak. Humility allows me to stay grounded in service rather than ego, and to continue growing in right relationship with myself, the Earth, others, and with the Divine.

Spiritual Entegrity

I walk my spiritual path with devotion, discernment, and humility. I do not use spiritual language, tools, or titles to manipulate, elevate myself, or avoid reality. I honor the origins of the Tantra practices I engage with and do not claim ownership of wisdom that has been generously shared across cultures. I am aware of power dynamics and strive to offer spiritual guidance only when it is requested, ethical, and appropriate. I remain a student of mystery, never above the work, and always accountable to the impact of my offerings.

Non-Attachment

I release the need to control outcomes, people, or perceptions. I commit to showing up fully present without gripping to what I think should happen. I allow space for change, for endings, for the unknown. I trust that when I surrender what no longer serves, I make space for deeper alignment and truth to emerge. Non-attachment is not indifference—it is the practice of holding life with open hands and a steady heart.
